Abstract

The component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of self-made tert-carbonic glycidyl ester modified hydroxylated acrylic resin (with 75 mass percent of solids), 10-20 parts of a color filler, 10-20 parts of a chrome-free anticorrosive pigment, 0.5-1.5 parts of an anti-setting agent BE-828, 0.5-1.5 parts of a dispersant, 0.3-1.0 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of an anti-sagging agent, 0.3-0.5 part of a leveling agent and 5-10 parts of a solvent. The component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of fat diisocyanate and 30-50 parts of butyl acetate. The high-solid chrome-free acrylic polyurethane finish paint disclosed by the invention has relatively high requirements for overall properties including weather resistance, fullness, salt fog resistance, adhesive force, chemical resistance and the like.
