Abstract

The invention discloses a device of producing a geostress sensing column for deep soft rock geostress test. The device comprises a die base and a die upper cover which are closed to form a cylindrical cavity. Two ends of the die base are provided with clamping grooves used for inserting front and rear retaining boards. Two edges of the die base are provided with connecting holes. The die base can be fixed to fixing racks or die upper cover through mortise and tenon structures. Each fixing rack is provided with a positioning hole. A fixing head is inserted into each positioning hole and can move up and down and rotate and is fixed through a fixing bolt. The lower end of each fixing head is in the shape matching with the apex of a sensor. Each of the front and rear retaining boards is provided with a connecting hole, and the front and rear retaining boards are fixed to a fixing rack through mortise and tenon structures. The positioning rack is provided with two central positioning lasers and two edge positioning lasers. Beams from the central positioning lasers can vertically pass the positioning holes of the fixing racks. The device can be used to produce the geostress sensing column with cement mortar by casting, spatial correlation of two three-dimensional pressure boxes can be accurately positioned, and geostress can be calculated and measured.
