The quick soft bit descrambling method comprises the following operations carried out at a receiving end: reading a code-scrambling bit which is the same as a scrambling bit used by a sending end, wherein the code-scrambling bit is used as a descrambling bit; reading a code-scrambling soft bit, corresponding to the code-scrambling bit, in a table, wherein the table generating rule is that the soft bit corresponding to a descrambling code '0' is '0*00', and the soft bit corresponding to the descrambling code '1' is '0*FF'; and reading demodulated and output soft bit to be-descrambled, carrying out an exclusive-or operation onto to-be-descrambled soft bit and the corresponding code-scrambling soft bit of the read code-scrambling bit in the table, and storing the result. The quick soft bit descrambling method used in communication is simple to realize, quick and efficient and is a simple and feasible method which is capable of quickly descrambling the soft bit corresponding to mass descrambling data, so that real-time processing efficiency of a digital signal in a physical layer is quickened up.
