Abstract

A disclosed manufacture method for a shoe sole comprises the following steps: mixing a toner and a TPU material, heating to 130-160 DEG C, keeping a constant temperature for 15 s-25 s, cooling in a mould for shaping to obtain a shoe sole periphery; mixing an A material and a catalyst in a first charging bucket and an B material in a second charging bucket, stirring to obtain a bottom material mixture; pouring the bottom material mixture into the periphery, demoulding and cooling to obtain the shoe sole. The shoe sole is capable of avoiding appearance of pores on the surface of the shoe sole; and the color of the periphery is directly formed and a paint spraying process in a conventional method is avoided, so that cost is saved, pollution to the environment is reduced and the antiskid function of the shoe sole is improved. The bottom of the shoe sole is made of a PU material, so that a user wearing a pair of shoes each with the shoe sole feels enough comfortable. Additionally, the shoe sole is lighter in weight and cost is saved more because of the combined structure of the TPU material periphery and the PU material bottom.
