Benefits of technology

Technological improvement over existing methods involves making better quality separating films that resist wear or damage during use. These techniques involve modifying certain chemical agents used together to make them more durable without losing their effectiveness when they come into contact with other materials like water. Additionally, there may be benefits such as adding specific substances to improve these properties through mixing before applying on paper substrates. Overall, this new method provides an efficient way to prepare high-quality separated layers while maintaining its strength and resistance against wearing away from others' surfaces.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses different techniques that have shown promise but each suffers from its own limitations such as slow processing times or poor accuracy when applied at home during plantings. Additionally, there exist issues with extracting pure proteins through these processes without being able to accurately distinguish between genuine and fake crop varieties.

Embodiment 1

[0037] 1. Solution preparation

[0038] (1) Electrode buffer

[0039] Weigh 6.00g of glycine, pour it into a 2000mL beaker, add 1800mL of deionized water to dissolve, adjust the pH to 3.3 with 2.0ml of lactic acid, add deionized water to 2000mL, and mix well.

[0040] (2) Sample extract

[0041] Weigh 5.80g of sodium chloride, 200.00g of sucrose, and 0.1515g of methyl green AR-0721 (molecular weight: 608.75), pour them into a 1000mL beaker, and add 800ml of deionized water. Dissolve, heat to a slight boil, let it cool to room temperature, and then dilute to 1000mL with deionized water. Store at 4°C.

[0042] (3) Separating gel solution

[0043] Take 1.43mL of sodium lactate and add 980mL of deionized water, then add 129.38g of acrylic acid amine, 4.31g of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 0.25g of ascorbic acid, and 8.0mg of ferrous sulfate. After dissolving, adjust the pH to 3. 0, add deionized water to make up to 1000mL, filter into a brown bottle, and store at 4°C.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying the purity of corn seeds. Compared with the prior art, by adjusting the concentrations of acrylamide and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) in the method, for the method, the toughness and the rigidity of separation gel sheets are greatly improved; stacking gel is omitted, electrophoretic velocity is slowed down by reducing the voltage, and proteins with different molecular weights can be gathered on the same horizontal line before entering separation gel; methyl green AR-0721 is screened out in the method, and the migration rate of the methyl green AR-0721 is synchronous with the migration rate of protein molecules, thus being convenient to check whether the test procedure is finished; the sample extracting temperature and dyeing conditions are improved, the extraction and identification time is greatly shortened, the identification efficiency is improved, and the fixed procedure of the separation gel is simplified at the same time; the cleaning and storing procedures of the separation gel sheets are added, a cleaning solution and a storage solution are developed, and both the test result identification and the separation gel sheet storage are convenient.
