Abstract

The invention provides a detoxifying formula which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25-35% of wild buckwheat, 25-35% of lotus root and 35-45% of the root of kudzu vine. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: cleaning after combination; slicing; crushing; water-washing; filtering; separating; extracting; homogenizing; concentrating; spraying and drying; automatically metering; packaging; and putting in storage. Meanwhile, the invention further provides detoxifying milk powder which comprises 79-97% of milk products, wherein the milk powder is prepared by the steps of: adding 3-21% of the milk products; mixing and stirring; then, adding 12% of sugar of the mixture; homogenizing, heating, sterilizing, concentrating, spraying and drying; automatically metering; and packaging products.
