Abstract

The application method comprises the following steps: screening anti-pleuromutilin streptomyces roseosporus by using pleuromutilin with an antiseptic concentration being higher than the lowest antiseptic concentration, further screening strains with increased daptomycin yield from the screened resistant strains, and obtaining high-yield strains through a stability test. When daptomycin is produced by using the resistant strains obtained by using the method disclosed by the invention, the yield is increased by about 30%, thereby laying a foundation for the industrial production of daptomycin.
