The three-layer alumina-magnesium aluminate spinel insulation coat is obtained through granulating and coating through plasma spraying by treating high-purity alumina having an average particle size of 45mum and magnesium aluminate spinel powder having an average particle size of 40mum (and a purity of 99) as spray powder.
