Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent aerobic composting reactor system. The reactor system comprises a reactor tank body, a programmable logic controller (PLC) control system, a gas distribution system and a water distribution system, wherein a feed port, a gas outlet and a water supplement port are formed in the top of the reactor tank body, and the water supplement port is connected with the water distribution system; the bottom of the reactor tank body is provided with a leachate collecting port; the lower part of the reactor tank body is provided with a discharge port and a gas inlet, and the gas inlet is connected with the gas distribution system; the discharge port and the gas inlet are arranged at the upper part and the lower part of a gas distribution screen respectively; and the gas distribution system and the water distribution system are all connected with the PLC control system. Due to good design of an insulating layer of the reactor system, the fermentation effect and product quality can be effectively guaranteed; the intellectualization of the experimental simulation and production process can be realized based on the control system of a multi-sensor; and due to design of a tail gas purifying system and the leachate collecting port, the ecological environmental protection of the composting fermentation process can be effectively realized.
