The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing polysaccharide peptide by processes of smashing, alcohol precipitation, degreasing, centrifugation, composite enzymatic hydrolysis, centrifugal separation and the like on fresh balsam pear and maize yellow powder, wherein the proportion of polysaccharide to maize peptide is 1:3; and then regulating flavor by malic acid and xylitol to obtain a polysaccharide peptide alcohol dispelling and liver protecting oral liquid. on the basis that alanine and leucine concentration in blood is improved to generate stable NAD+ so as to effectively reduce ethanol concentration in blood, the inhibition ratio of hydroxyl radicals reaches 100%, and liver cell mitochondria is prevented from being oxidized and injured.
