Problems solved by technology

In recent years, the extensive use of antibiotics has led to an increase in the rate of bacterial drug resistance. It has been found that a variety of clinical isolates are highly resistant to antibiotics such as tetracycline and ciprofloxacin, resulting in the treatment of listeriosis facing a situation where there is no cure

[0007] 1. Hemolysis test

[0008] The purified listeriatolysin was serially diluted twice in a 96-well plate, and 10 7 Sheep red blood cells were incubated at 37°C for 30 h and then centrifuged. The highest dilution factor that lysed red blood cells was regarded as the hemolysis titre.

[0009] The hemolytic titer of listeriatolysin without adding fisetin and after adding different concentrations of fisetin is shown in Table 1:

Abstract

The invention relates to application of fisetin in preparation of a drug for resisting listeria infection. It is proved that the drug has the effect of resisting listeria infection by a sheep red blood cell hemolysis test, a protection test of mouse macrophage-like cell J774 and mouse peritoneal macrophages damage, and a mouse listeria infection model. Compared with treatment by antibiotic, treatment by fisetin has the characteristics of being free of drug tolerance and high in recovery rate. Therefore, fisetin can be used for developing a new drug, and has significance on confirming of drug targets.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of fisetin in the preparation of anti-listeria infection drugs, belonging to the field of medicine. Background technique [0002] Fisetin is a natural tetrahydroxyflavonoid compound isolated from plants such as Anacardiaceae, and it also exists in vegetables and fruits such as strawberries, grapes, apples, and onions. It has obvious anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory properties, and has a certain regulatory effect on the immune system, but so far there have been no reports of fisetin being used to resist Listeria infection at home and abroad. [0003] Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria monocytogenges, LM) referred to as Listeria monocytogenes is an important zoonotic pathogen and the most common foodborne pathogen in food and important in public health. . The bacteria can infect humans, a variety of livestock and poultry, causing meningitis, sepsis, abortion and mononucleosis in pregnant women. Newborns, the e...
