Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent maintenance method and a system based on an enterprise application integration technology. The method comprises the steps that a workflow engine unit inputs a processing parameter to an external atom unit in object maintenance flow information according to maintenance parameter information in a maintenance request; the external atom unit acquires required data from a corresponding unit in a heterogeneous application integration system through an ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) as an output parameter; the output parameter of the external atom unit serves as an input parameter of an internal atom unit and is input to the internal atom unit in the object maintenance flow information; the internal atom unit analyzes input parameter to obtain an analytical result; an analytical result explanation and a processing suggestion corresponding to the analytical result obtained by the last internal atom unit are acquired from a knowledge base unit and sent to an OSS (Operation Support System) unified portal unit for display. With the adoption of the method and the system, automation and intelligentization of a maintenance flow can be realized, the method and system is specific to integrated maintenance of various systems and network platforms, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
