Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the amount of antibiotics used in milk is strictly limited. Finding a method that can detect multiple antibiotics in milk at the same time is an urgent need to ensure food safety.
At present, the methods for detecting antibiotics include traditional methods of inhibiting microbial growth, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, and some new methods developed in recent years, such as immunoassay methods, biosensors, etc., but these methods are more or less There are some disadvantages at least, for example, expensive instruments are required in chromatography, the operation process is cumbersome, and the time required is long, which limits its practical application. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a more simple, fast and capable On-the-spot detection method of antibiotic residues in food

Abstract

The invention provides a nano-gold-based method for visually and rapidly detecting antibiotics in milk. The method disclosed by the invention is mainly characterized in that pyrocatechol violet is used for reducing chloroauric acid to prepare the nano-gold. In a nano-gold synthesizing process, the addition of the antibiotics (including kanamycin mono-sulfate, neomycin sulfate, streptomycin sulfate and bleomycin sulfate) influences the synthesis of the nano-gold so that the color is changed; and the antibiotics can be quantitatively detected through naked eyes and an ultraviolet visible absorption spectrometer. According to the method, the operation is simple and rapid, the sensitivity is high, the selectivity is good, and the method can be applied to the detection of the antibiotics in the milk.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a food safety analysis method, which specifically refers to the combined use of naked eyes and ultraviolet-visible spectrometers for detecting the residual antibiotic content in milk. The method belongs to the field of food analysis. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics are one of the most commonly used drugs in clinical practice. They have miraculous effects on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in animals and humans. However, the excessive use of antibiotics will bring serious harm to human life, such as allergic reactions caused by penicillin and bacterial resistance. The misuse of antibiotics has become a global public health problem. In order to ensure the safety of consumers, some international organizations and food and drug regulatory authorities have clearly regulated the dosage of antibiotics, and have regulated the maximum residue of some antibiotics. For example, in milk, the amount of kanamy...
