The condensation-adsorption combined process capable of improving the service life of oil vapor recovery system equipment provided by the invention comprises an inlet end, an exhaust fan, a primary condensing unit, a secondary condensing unit and an active carbon adsorption tank which are connected with one another sequentially; the active carbon adsorption tank comprises a first active carbon adsorption tank and a second active carbon adsorption tank which are connected in parallel; and a vacuum pump is connected between the exhaust fan and the active carbon adsorption tank. Due to adoption of coal based active carbon, the condensation-adsorption combined process has good mechanical property, excellent wearable effect and support force, and the stacking height being in a range of 30m. The sensibility of the coal based active carbon is lower than that of the active carbon fibers, so that the coal based active carbon can be used without a special filter system; and as the desorption temperature of the active carbon is normal temperature, mechanical wear caused by repeatedly increasing and reducing the temperature is avoided, and the utilization rate and the service life of the active carbon are improved.
