Problems solved by technology

In 2008, a Japanese company developed and launched a biosensor urine sugar tester that can quantitatively detect urine sugar, but because it uses a fixed biosensor detection head, it is expensive and expensive to use, and the detection head is multiple times. Repeated use requires cleaning and some problems in disinfection
However, due to the need for pre-treatment membranes, the production and processing of pre-treatment membranes requires strict control in order to ensure the precision of urine glucose test paper. Sometimes even with strict control, the precision of the produced test paper will still be poor; Improve the efficiency and cost of processing
[0009] The existing urine sugar test methods are either low in sensitivity and greatly affected by various interfering substances, resulting in inaccurate testing; or the production process is complicated, the cost is high, and the use is not convenient enough

Embodiment 1

[0058] This embodiment provides a preparation example of an electrode-type urine glucose test paper, thereby illustrating the electrochemical biosensor and the preparation method of the present invention. like Figure 1-8 Shown:

[0059] First of all, the counter electrode 2, the working electrode 3, and the concentration coefficient measuring electrode 4 were fabricated on a 0.25mm thick PET plastic substrate by screen printing technology, and the counter electrode 2, the working electrode 3, and the concentration coefficient measuring electrode 4 were purchased from Acheson Corporation. Carbon ink production. Spread the conductive ink on the PET plastic substrate by screen printing to spread a uniformly dispersed ink thin layer, and put it in an oven at 80°C to dry for 60 minutes.

[0060] Secondly, screen printing technology is used to print insulating varnish on the substrate printed with the electrode system as the electrical insulation isolation layer 5, and the insula...

Embodiment 2

[0077] In this example, the applied voltage was varied in the range of 1 to 5 V, and the response current of the concentration factor measuring electrode was measured. The determination of urine and glucose and the correction of urine sugar concentration are the same as in Example 1. A biosensor used for this measurement was produced in the same manner as in Example 1. The reagent layer 7 is arranged on the counter electrode 1 and the working electrode 2 , but not on the concentration factor measuring electrode 3 . The measurement of the response current value is also the same as in Example 1. The measurement results are shown in the Figure 4-Figure 8 in each figure. Figure 4-Figure 8 A graph showing the time-dependent change of the response current value (nA) with respect to the applied voltage (V).

[0078] like Figure 4 As shown, the response current reflecting the concentration factor can be detected even at an applied voltage of 1V, but if 2 to 5V is applied, as ...

Abstract

The invention aims to provide a urine glucose testing method through which the urea conductivity is tested at high precision and high reliability and full and accurate correction can be performed as well as a biosensor used in the method. The biosensor is easy in manufacturing process, low in cost and convenient to use. The method comprises the following steps: a, performing oxidation reduction on glucose in urea in the presence of an amboceptor by utilizing an oxidation-reduction enzyme; b, detecting the generated oxidation current or reduction current at the moment through an electrode system, and calculating the glucose concentration based on the current value; and c, testing the conductivity in the urea, and correcting the glucose concentration in the urea by utilizing the conductivity. The biosensor comprises an insulating substrate, an electrode system positioned on the insulating substrate, an electric insulating layer and a reaction layer which is positioned in an electrochemical electrode reaction region.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biological detection, in particular to a method for measuring urine sugar and a biosensor used in the method. Background technique [0002] In order to control the metabolic situation, especially in diabetic cases, it is necessary to regularly control the glucose concentration in the systemic circulation. This is necessary not only for type 1 diabetics who inject insulin, but also for type 2 diabetics, which account for approximately 85% of this disease of glucose metabolism. It is estimated that the number of diabetic patients in the world will reach 221 million (Hauner, H,; Dtsch Med Wochenschr (German Medical Weekly) 1998; 123; 777-82; Pharmaco Economlcs (medicine economics) 1995; 8) by 2010 (Suppl, I) 28-71;). [0003] Given the high prevalence of diabetes mellitus, conventional blood glucose measurement by skin puncture alone cannot satisfy the need and desire for regular metabolic control. This requires th...
