Abstract

The invention discloses a front suspension oil cylinder for a mining vehicle. The front suspension oil cylinder is arranged between an upper vehicle rack and a lower vehicle rack, and comprises a cylinder body, a cylinder bottom fixed at the tail end of the cylinder body, a piston rod matched with the cylinder body inner wall liquid seal in a sliding manner and a piston, wherein a ring sleeve of the piston is fixed at the tail end of the piston rod; the piston rod is provided with an inner chamber of which one end is closed and communicated with a rodless cylinder cavity of the cylinder body; and a non-return valve and a damping hole for communication of the inner chamber and a rod cylinder cavity of the cylinder body are radially formed at the piston rod near to the piston. According to the invention, in the vehicle moving process, the oil cylinder can repeatedly move up and down by the incentive effect of the road surface to adapt to the conditions of the road surface, so as to achieve the functions of vibration damping and support; and by utilizing the non-return valve and the damping hole formed on the piston rod in the moving process, alternate change of damping in size can be realized to achieve the purpose of guaranteeing the motion stability of the vehicle.
