The fabric durable water repellent finishing agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of methyl hydrogen silicone oil emulsion, 10-20 parts of epoxy resin, 20-30 parts of acetone, 1-3 parts of ammonium acetate, 10-20 parts of polyving akohol, 0.2-0.8 part of sodium hydroxide, 3-8 parts of urea, 1-3 parts of sodium chloride, 1-3 parts of dimethyl phthalate, and 120-200 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the fabric durable water repellent finishing agent has the following beneficial effects that (1) the finishing agent is resistant to washing and dry cleaning, and can not reduce the water repellent effect of a fabric when encountering substances such as acid, alkali and hydrophilic surfactants; and (2) the fabric treated by the finishing agent is not only good in waterproof and breathable effects, but also very good in hand feel.
