Abstract

The invention discloses a dielectric property measuring box for cylindrical in vitro biological tissues. The dielectric property measuring box consists of a measuring box and a measuring box cover, wherein two silver ring electrodes are inlaid in an inner wall of the measuring box at intervals; an inner surface of each silver ring electrode has the same height as the inner wall of the measuring box; a silver disc electrode is inlaid on the measuring box cover; and when the measuring box cover is fastened to the measuring box, the silver disc electrode is tightly contacted with the measuring box. Four silver electrodes on the measuring box can be led out and are correspondingly connected with an impedance analyzer, the corresponding parameters of the impedance analyzer are set, the electrical impedance frequency spectrum of the biological tissue to be tested is obtained, and the conductivity and dielectric coefficient of the biological tissue to be tested can be calculated according to a corresponding formula.
