Abstract

An electrospinning nanofiber membrane preparing device with a heating function relates to electrospinning nanofiber preparing devices. A spray head is fixed on a liquid supply device, and a rotary drum is internally provided with an electric heating element; one end of a rotary drum shaft is a metal electrode which is connected with the negative pole of a high-voltage power supply and is grounded; one end of an insulating rod is connected with an output shaft of a rotating motor, and the other end of the insulating rod is fixedly connected with the metal end of a rolling shaft; the other end of the rolling shaft is insulated, and a hollow wire connecting hole is formed in the end of the rotary drum shaft; a temperature measuring element is arranged on the surface of the rotary drum; the temperature measuring element is connected with a numerical-control temperature unit which is connected with a relay, and the relay is connected with the electric heating element so as to form a temperature control part; an arc-shaped heat-insulating cover is coaxial with the rotary drum and is fixed on a heat-insulating cover support frame; a rotary drum support frame and a motor support frame are installed on a horizontal moving device; and the horizontal moving device is connected with a translation motor.
