The flow of foams is adjusted via the control valve, and the injection angle of the foams is changed via the adjusting ring; a part of the foams is injected to the cutting part of mining machinery via the injection orifices under the drive of a pressure to form a conical foam cover for effectively covering and wrapping a cutting dust source, thus preventing the generated dust from escaping outwards while reducing the generation of dust; and the other part of the foams is injected via the injection orifices to rapidly capture the floating dust closed in the foam cover, thus realizing efficient suppression and sedimentation on the cutting part of the mining machinery.
