Four uniformly-distributed sets of hydraulic safe suspension devices are attached to the vector hydrophone in the processes of assembling, adjusting and transporting and kept certain positive pressures, and separated from the vector hydrophone under the pressure of seawater at a certain depth of water after the suspension devices are laid, so that the vector hydrophone is in a free suspension state; and in the process of recovery, the suspension devices are deadlocked again under the condition of less than a certain seawater pressure, thereby avoiding that the vector hydrophone is damaged due to collision.
