Abstract
An oral care toothbrush includes a handle having a head at one end of the handle, the head having at least one cleaning element. The head has at least one oral care dispenser. The oral care dispenser is configured to release an oral care material within about five seconds when exposed to water at a temperature of about 35 DEG C to about 40 DEG C.
