The microdiffraction optical element is adopted by the invention to serve as a light-emitting unit for the LED illumination, thus, the light intensity uniformity of the surface which needs to be illuminated can be improved; the brightness of the illumination is enhanced; and light intensity of certain angles also can be restrained, therefore, a glare effect is eliminated. Moreover, the microdiffraction optical element is small in size per se, can be easily manufactured and is strong in tolerance on machining errors, so that the size of a whole LED lamp source structure is smaller.
