Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid seedling method of medicinal sarcopyramis bodinieri calluses, and the method comprises the following steps of: (1) disinfecting taken materials; (2) cultivating the disinfected materials on a culture medium; and (3) transplanting and planting seedlings. The method comprises: taking the stem section of the tail end of wild sarcopyramis bodinieri as an explant, inoculating the stem section containing a node to the culture medium for growing under sterile condition, and then breeding into a large amount of sarcopyramis bodinieri seedlings through transplanting a plurality of times. Results indicate that the monthly proliferation rate of the calluses is 4-5 with the most appropriate culture medium and in the appropriate culture environment; each seedling averagely has 5.8 leaves and 4.8 roots; the tissue culture seedlings grow well after being transplanted to a matrix; and the survival rate of the plants in a moth is above 98%. The method provided by the invention is simple in operation and convenient in actual popularization and application.
