After the piglet is fed by feed containing the amylose and the amylopectin with the ratio of 0.48 for a long time, the gastro-intestinal morphology and the intestinal enzyme activity of the piglet can be improved, the height of intestinal villus is increased, the depth of a crypt is increased, accordingly, growth and development of the small intestine of the piglet can be promoted, and the gastro-intestinal morphology structure is improved.
