Abstract

The invention relates to a radiator. The radiator comprises a base, a fixed piece, a pivoting piece and a fastening piece, wherein the fixed piece is fixed on the base; the pivoting piece is pivoted on the fixed piece; the fastening piece is arranged on the pivoting piece; and the two ends of the fastening piece are respectively provided with a first fastening part and a second fastening part which are respectively used for fixing the radiator at different circuit boards. The invention also provides a fastening device of the radiator. Compared with the prior art, the radiator has the advantage that the fastening piece is pivoted on the base of the radiator by the pivoting piece, so that the radiator fixing mode can be changed. The radiator can be applicable to different circuit boards.
