Abstract

The frequency stabilizing device consists of the semiconductor layer, a quarter wave plate, an atomic absorption basin, a half-transparent and half-reflecting mirror, a photoelectric prober, an oscilloscope, an ordinary optical glass and a signal generator. According to the invention, based on the combination of an atomic saturated absorption spectroscopy technology and an incoherent feedback frequency stabilization technology, an output frequency of the semiconductor laser is stabilized at an atomic saturated absorption peak. Therefore, the narrow line width pressure and the stable frequency of the semiconductor laser can be realized simultaneously.
