Abstract

The invention relates to an accurate determination method of a vehicle driving path in a road network. An entity base station and a computer system are included. And the method comprises the following steps that: (1), numbering is carried out on all road sections in a whole road network with unique codes in the computer system; (2), a virtual base station is laid at any road section of the road network and entity base stations are laid at any other road sections, wherein the any other road sections are connected at two ends of the road section; and according to the above-mentioned laying rule, laying of the whole road network is completed; and (3), an entity base station number that is determined by the entity base station and a vehicle passes by during the driving is introduced into the computer system; and according to the laying rule of the entity base stations and the virtual base stations, it is concluded that at least one virtual base station is arranged between two adjacent entity base stations and thus a whole vehicle driving path is accurately reckoned. According to the invention, the used system has a simple structure; the laying number of the entity base stations is lowered; and whole investment cost and maintenance cost are reduced; therefore, the provided method is a reliable accurate determination method of a vehicle driving path in a road network.
