Embodiment Construction

[0010] Non-limiting examples of the invention are given below.

[0011] Weigh sodium hydrosulfide trihydrate (NaHS 3H 2 O) Add water to prepare an aqueous solution with a concentration of 0.25mmol / L-3.5mmol / L, and place it in a closed container with a porous partition.

[0012] Place fresh-cut vegetables such as broccoli, lettuce, lotus root, yam, pumpkin, sweet potato, potato, and fresh-cut fruits such as apples, pears, kiwi, tomato, cantaloupe, peaches, etc. The fruits and vegetables can be exposed to the hydrogen sulfide gas released by sodium hydrosulfide, that is, the hydrogen sulfide gas produced by using the sodium hydrogen sulfide aqueous solution as a donor fumigates the above-mentioned fresh-cut fruits and vegetables. The fresh-keeping solution is replaced every 48 hours, and the fresh-keeping solution is ready-to-use.

Abstract

The invention discloses a new application of sodium bisulfide (hydrogen sulfide donor) in promoting the storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables, i.e. an application of the sodium bisulfide (hydrogen sulfide donor) as fresh cut fruit-vegetable fresh-keeping agent. The sodium bisulfide (hydrogen sulfide donor) has a fresh-keeping effect on fresh cut vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus lettuce, lotus root, yam, pumpkin, sweet potato and potato and the like, and fresh cut fruits such as apple, pear, Chinese goosebeery, tomato, Hami melon and peach and the like. The sodium bisulfide can notably delay the wilting, dehydration, ripening, aging and mildewing of fresh cut fruits and vegetables, keep the quality characteristics of picked fruits and vegetables and prolong the storage periods and shelf lives of picked fresh cut fruits and vegetables by 0.5 to 12 days. The fresh-keeping agent can be used for keeping freshing on a variety of the picked fresh cut fruits and vegetables.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a novel use of a known compound, specifically a compound capable of releasing hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S) Sodium hydrogen sulfide (NaHS) of gas is used as a new application of fresh-keeping agent for fruit and vegetable storage. Background technique [0002] Fresh vegetables and fruits are still living organisms after being picked, and their post-harvest maturation and aging is a very complex developmental regulation process, during which a series of physiological and biochemical changes occur. Picked fruits and vegetables are prone to ripening, aging, death and even rot during storage and shelf life, and gradually lose their edible characteristics and commodity value, resulting in serious waste of resources, economic losses and environmental pollution. Therefore, the research on fresh-keeping methods of harvested fruits and vegetables has always been a hot field that agronomists and food scientists pay attention to. [...
