Problems solved by technology

[0002] Indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid are broad-spectrum plant growth hormones, which can significantly promote rooting of plant cuttings. However, due to the unstable chemical properties of indole acetic acid, indole butyric acid is insoluble in water, which is inconvenient to use, and both are expensive. More expensive and difficult to popularize and apply
Various currently used compositions for promoting rooting of plants (such as the patent No. ZL92100230.0, a composition for promoting rooting of plants and its preparation method), mostly contain auxin, and various active substances and enhancers for inducing rooting. Physiologically active substances with coenzyme activity, etc., but most of these compositions must be dissolved in water or other solvents, and can be used after being formulated into a liquid with a certain concentration as required, which has certain limitations and is inconvenient to use

Embodiment Construction

[0011] On July 18, 2010, the plant cutting propagating composition of the present invention was formulated according to the composition of the following parts by weight:

[0012] 1. 1 part of indole butyric acid, 1 part of pyrazolone, 1 part of hydrazide, 1 part of thiamine, 66 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of captan, and 10 parts of sugar.

[0013] 2. 0.5 parts of indole butyric acid, 1.5 parts of pyrazolone, 0.5 parts of butyrhydrazide, 1.5 parts of thiamine, 66 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of captan, and 10 parts of sugar.

[0014] 3. 1.5 parts of indole butyric acid, 0.5 parts of pyrazolone, 1.5 parts of butyrhydrazide, 0.5 parts of thiamine, 66 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of captan, and 10 parts of sugar.

[0015] 4. 0.5 parts of indole butyric acid, 0.5 parts of pyrazolone, 1.5 parts of butyrhydrazide, 1.5 parts of thiamine, 71 parts of talcum powder, 17 parts of captan, and 8 parts of sugar.

Abstract

The invention provides a plant cuttage propagation composition and a preparation method thereof. The plant cuttage propagation composition consists of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 parts of indolebutyric acid, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of pyrazolone, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of daminozide, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of thiamine, 61 to 71 parts of talc powder, 15 to 25 parts of vondcaptan and 8 to 12 parts of sugar. The preparation method of the plant cuttage propagation composition comprises the following steps that: the indolebutyric acid, the pyrazolone, the daminozide and the thiamine are dissolved into anhydrous acetone accounting for 0.6 to 0.8 times of the total weight of the plant cuttage propagation composition for sufficient dissolution, the materials are quantificationally moved into a pot, the talc powder is added, the mixed materials are placed above slight airflows and are continuously stirred until mixed slurry is completely dried, and the dried materials are sufficiently mixed with the vondcaptan and the sugar after being filtered by a 50-mesh movable sieve. The plant cuttage propagation composition prepared according to the preparation method has the advantages that the rooting rate and the rooting quality of cuttage plants can be effectively improved, and the use is convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composition for promoting seed germination and rooting, transplanting survival and plant cutting rooting, in particular to a plant cutting propagation composition and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Indole acetic acid and indole butyric acid are broad-spectrum plant growth hormones, which can significantly promote rooting of plant cuttings. However, due to the unstable chemical properties of indole acetic acid, indole butyric acid is insoluble in water, which is inconvenient to use, and the price of both is low. More expensive and difficult to popularize and apply. Various currently used compositions for promoting rooting of plants (such as the patent No. ZL92100230.0, a composition for promoting rooting of plants and its preparation method), mostly contain auxin, and various active substances and enhancers for inducing rooting. Physiologically active substances with coenzyme activity, etc., but m...
