A sample loading device for high-speed neutron irradiation autorotation comprises an outer cylinder with a detachable end, wherein, a plurality of fan-shaped holes are formed on the upper and the lower end surfaces of the outer cylinder; an inner tank body is arranged in the outer cylinder; the inner tank body is a cylinder with a bottom, and a cover is arranged at the open end of the inner tank body; two ends of the inner tank body are respectively sleeved on an upper rotary cover and a lower tray; the upper rotary cover is supported on the upper end surface of the outer cylinder, whereas, the lower tray is supported at the bottom end of the outer cylinder; an impeller is fixed on the shaft lever of the upper rotary cover; and through support of the upper rotary cover and the lower tray and the rotation of the impeller, the inner tank body can rotate under the action of the water flow of the fan-shaped holes at the two ends of the outer cylinder.
