Embodiment 1

[0019] Mulberry seeds (Morus alba L.) were germinated with deionized water and transferred to sterilized quartz sand, ten plants per pot, ten pots in total. Two weeks later, 0 μmol / L coronatin was sprayed, and the spraying was repeated two days apart, a total of five times. The whole mulberry seedlings were dried and weighed, and the total flavonoid content was measured to be 24.08 mg / L.

Embodiment 2

[0021] Mulberry seeds (Morus alba L.) were germinated with deionized water and transferred to sterilized quartz sand, ten plants per pot, ten pots in total. Two weeks later, 0.001 μmol / L coronatin was sprayed, and the spraying was repeated two days apart, a total of five times. The whole mulberry seedlings were dried and weighed, and the total flavonoid content was measured to be 22.72mg / L, which was 5.6% lower than that of the blank group.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Mulberry seeds (Morus alba L.) were germinated with deionized water and transferred to sterilized quartz sand, ten plants per pot, ten pots in total. Two weeks later, 100 μmol / L coronatin was sprayed, and the spraying was repeated two days apart, a total of five times. The whole mulberry seedlings were dried and weighed, and the total flavonoid content was measured to be 29.25 mg / L, an increase of 21.0% compared with the blank group.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of improving the yield of flavonoids in secondary metabolism of mulberry trees. Flavonoid compound is one of the important active constituents of mulberry leaves and has pharmacological activities such as blood pressure reduction, oxidation resistance, anti-tumor and the like. According to the invention, coronatine, a plant growth substance, is applied to multi-phase physiological regulation of mulberry trees, and 0.001-100 mu mol / L of coronatine is sprayed to leaves of mulberry seedlings, so that the secondary metabolism of mulberry is facilitated, and the yield of flavonoids as a secondary metabolite is greatly improved. Compared with the blank control group, the total flavonoid content in mulberry leaves is improved by 70.6 % when the density of coronatine is 1 mu mol / L. Application of coronatine in improving secondary metabolite yield in plant tissues facilitates an increase in yield and income, development and utilization of the dual-purpose resource for drug and food.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural biotechnology, relates to the application field of plant growth substances, in particular to a method for increasing the secondary metabolism yield of flavonoid components of mulberry trees by using the plant growth substance coronatin. Background technique [0002] current technology: [0003] Mulberry (Morus alba L.) is a perennial deciduous tree of the family Moraceae. It is mainly distributed in the south and the Yangtze River Basin in China, with the most in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Sichuan, etc., and has great resource advantages. Mulberry leaves are an important traditional Chinese medicine. The use of mulberry leaves as medicine first appeared in "Shen Nong's Materia Medica" and was listed as a middle grade. In the "Notice on Further Regulating the Management of Health Food Raw Materials" issued by the Ministry of Health in 2002, mulberry leaves are included in the list of items that are both...
