The apparatus comprises a culture bottle body, a culture bottle spiral cover, a semi-permeable membrane, a retaining piece and a cross-shaped support, wherein, the semi-permeable membrane, the retaining piece and the cross-shaped support are used for culturing cells and the culture bottle body,and the culture bottle spiral cover compose a multi-cell co-culture bottle and enable butt joint between the multi-cell co-culture apparatus and a cell simulated weightless device to be realized. Theapparatus can be used for culture of a single kind of cells in a simulated weightless environment and for co-culture of two or more kinds of cells in a simulated weightless environment, fully takes influence of contact among cells and cell communication into consideration, can maximumly meet requirements for multi-cell co-culture in a simulated weightless environment, enables the disadvantage that conventional simulated weightless devices can only culture a single kind of cells to be overcome and is simple to operate and repeatedly usable.
