The polarized light adjusting device comprises two glass substrates and a voltage control device, wherein a common transparent electrode, a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode are sandwiched between the two glass substrates; the common transparent electrode is corresponding to the whole display surface of the display device; the first transparent electrode is corresponding to left eye pixels which emit left eye polarized light in the display device; the second transparent electrode is corresponding to right eye pixels which emit right eye polarized light in the display device; a liquid crystal layer is respectively sandwiched between the first transparent electrode and the common transparent electrode and between the second transparent electrode and the common transparent electrode; and the voltage control device is used for transmitting a voltage control signal and controlling the voltage applied to the liquid crystal layer. By additionally arranging the polarized light adjusting device, the invention enhances the applicability of the polarized light spectacles.
