Embodiment 1

[0037] Take a certain amount of triethylenetetramine and add it into the three-necked flask, put the stirring magnet into the three-necked flask, and add water as the solvent at the same time. Put the three-neck flask into the water bath, set the water temperature to 0 degrees Celsius, and turn on the magnetic stirring. Weigh the lactic acid and put it into the normal pressure funnel. The molar ratio of triethylenetetramine to lactic acid is 1:1. In the tetramine, the temperature was stably controlled at 0 degrees Celsius at the same time, and reacted for 4 hours after the dropwise addition was completed. The mixed liquid was dehydrated by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure at 70 degrees Celsius, and the obtained liquid was dehydrated in a vacuum oven at a constant temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for 24 hours to obtain triethylenetetramine lactate ionic liquid.

Embodiment 2

[0040] Take a certain amount of triethylenetetramine and add it into the three-necked flask, put the stirring magnet into the three-necked flask, and add ethanol as a solvent at the same time. Put the three-neck flask into the water bath, set the water temperature to 0 degrees Celsius, and turn on the magnetic stirring. Weigh the lactic acid and put it into the normal pressure funnel. The molar ratio of triethylenetetramine to lactic acid is 1:2. In the tetramine, the temperature was stably controlled at 0 degrees Celsius at the same time, and the reaction was carried out for 6 hours after the dropwise addition was completed. The solvent was removed from the mixture by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure at 70 degrees Celsius, and the obtained liquid was desolvated in a vacuum oven at a constant temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for 24 hours to obtain triethylenetetramine dilactate ionic liquid.

Embodiment 3

[0043] Take a certain amount of triethylenetetramine and add it into the three-necked flask, put the stirring magnet into the three-necked flask, and add water as the solvent at the same time. Put the three-neck flask into the water bath, set the water temperature to 10 degrees Celsius, and turn on the magnetic stirring. Put the trifluoroacetic acid into the normal-pressure funnel after weighing, the molar ratio of triethylenetetramine and trifluoroacetic acid is 1:1, place the normal-pressure funnel on the three-necked flask, open the normal-pressure funnel, let the trifluoroacetic acid Slowly added to triethylenetetramine, while stably controlling the temperature at 10 degrees Celsius, and reacted for 4 hours after the dropwise addition was completed. The solvent was removed from the mixture by rotary evaporation under reduced pressure at 70 degrees Celsius, and the obtained liquid was then desolvated in a vacuum oven at a constant temperature of 80 degrees Celsius for 24 ho...

Abstract

The invention provides recyclable ionic liquid type carbon dioxide absorbent and a preparation method thereof. The cation of the absorbent in the invention is a poly-nitrogen straight chain amine substance; and the anion of the absorbent is organic acid radical or inorganic acid radical, wherein the organic acid is a carboxylic acid derivative, a sulphuric acid derivative, a phosphoric acid derivative and carboxylic acid above C3. The preparation method of the absorbent comprises the steps of taking the poly-nitrogen straight chain amine substance and the organic acid or the inorganic acid as raw materials and synthesizing through an acid-base neutralization method. The absorbent disclosed by the invention can absorb CO2 at room temperature or under a high-temperature condition; the absorption effect above 15% on CO2 in mixed gas can be achieved; furthermore, the absorbed ionic liquid can be desorbed; the desorbing rate is more than 99%; the absorbent is recyclable; and, after the absorbent is utilized repetitively for many times, the original absorption amount still can be kept.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gas absorbent and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a recyclable ionic liquid carbon dioxide absorbent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] my country is a big coal-producing and coal-consuming country. Coal accounts for about 70% of primary energy consumption, of which 80% is used for direct combustion. The burning of a large amount of coal has led to serious soot pollution in my country (including dust, CO 2 , SO 2 etc.), seriously restricting the sustainable development of my country's economy. Therefore, the emission control of coal-burning pollutants has always been a key research direction in the fields of energy utilization and environmental protection. [0003] With the "Kyoto Protocol" (on CO 2 emission reduction regulations) came into effect in February 2005, CO 2 Emission control has attracted widespread attention worldwide. CO 2 It is a kind of greenhouse gas. The cur...
