The invention discloses a high-sensitivity leakage current detection circuit breaker which comprises a shielded wire, a leakage current detection unit and a disengaging mechanism, wherein the phase line core wire and the neutral line core wire of the shielded wire are respectively encircled in two conductive housing wires; the leakage current detection unit comprises a pair of rectifier diodes reversely connected between a phase line and a neutral line of a power supply in series, a voltage dropping resistor, thyristors and an RC (resistance-capacitance) voltage dropping filter circuit; and the disengaging mechanism comprises control units the on-off of which is controlled by the thyristors, wherein when any thyristor is conducted, the control unit corresponding to the thyristor is conducted, and the disengaging mechanism can generate the action of cutting off the power supply.
