Problems solved by technology

According to the prior art, since SPBM bridge L, SPBM bridge C, and SPBM bridge K are all configured with service instance I-SID1000, the multicast flow of multicast group A will reach SPBM bridge K and SPBM along the multicast trees of L1 and L2. L, and the SPBM bridge K finds that there is no member of the multicast group A locally and discards the multicast stream

Embodiment Construction

[0034] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the solutions of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

[0035]The present invention proposes a multicast forwarding method based on the shortest path bridging SPB network, which is applied to the set of shared symmetric shortest path tree SPT of each service instance, and runs the shortest path source identification (SPSourceID) distribution protocol to each configuration service instance SPBM The bridge pre-allocates multiple SPSourceIDs, and the SPSourceIDs allocated by each SPBM bridge are different.

Abstract

The invention discloses a multicast stream forwarding method based on an SPB (Shortest Path Bridging) network. The method comprises: all bridges in an SPBM (MAC-in-MAC SPB) network perform multicast listening so as to learn router and member information in an IP (Internet Protocol) multicast group, and the information is announced to all the bridges in the network through an SPBM-ISIS (Intermediate System-Intermediate System) LSP (Link State Protocol); and the SPBM bridges in the network receive and analyze the SPBM-ISIS LSP, and set input interfaces and output interfaces of the bridges so as to guide forwarding of the IP multicast group. The invention further provides an SPBM bridge based on the same conception. According to the invention, IP multicast forwarding is optimized and unnecessary multicast streams are prevented from reaching the SPBM bridges without corresponding IP multicast members.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to an SPB network-based multicast forwarding method and an SPBM bridge. Background technique [0002] Shortest Path Bridging (Shortest Path Bridging, SPB) is a further extension of the spanning tree protocol (MSTP), using the link state protocol (ISIS) to share the link state in the network, and each node of the network calculates the shortest path between each node in parallel . SPB can be aimed at the application of Ethernet in the data center and is an important part of CEE. SPB integrates the advantages of 802.1ah and can be deployed as the backbone of a metropolitan area network or campus network. [0003] SPB has two implementation modes: the Q-in-Q mode is called SPBV, the protocol is complicated, and there is basically no application at present; the MAC-in-MAC mode is called double-layer media access control mode shortest path bridging (SPBM), which is the current T...
