Abstract

The invention relates to a novel random optional multi-item full-automatic immunoassay system, which consists of an immunologic bead with magnetism, reagent and a novel full-automatic immunoassay analyzer. The detection process comprises the steps of: putting required immunological beads into reaction cups according to detection items and then sequentially and respectively adding samples, the reagent and the like according to the detection procedures; after sample incubation and reagent reaction, cleaning the reaction cups and the immunological beads according to a general immunological detection principle; and finally achieving the goal of detection by detecting luminous signals and the like. The temperature of a reaction disc is adjustable and controllable. During cleaning, magnetic poles in the instrument magnetically attract the reaction cups to enable the immunological beads to be suspended to the side surfaces of the reaction cups, a good cleaning effect is achieved and liquid sucking needles are facilitated to reach the bottoms of the reaction cups to thoroughly suck residual liquid. After the detection is ended, the immunological beads are taken out through immunological bead taking-out arms by virtue of magnetism and are discarded, and a new detection cycle can be started after the reaction cups are cleaned.
