Problems solved by technology

However, due to the relatively large moving mass of the coil, there is a limit to the acceleration that the coil can achieve even without any load
While it is possible to move the magnet and hold the coil, the total mass of the magnet and back iron is also very large
Another big disadvantage of iron core motors is the attractive force between the magnets and the coil laminations

Embodiment Construction

[0085] In order to have a further understanding and understanding of the structural features of the present invention and the achieved effects, the preferred embodiments and accompanying drawings are used for a detailed description, as follows:

[0086] see figure 1 , a linear motor for positioning loads, including a coil set 100 and a magnet row 400, the coil set 100 and the magnet row 400 are arranged in a straight line. The coil group 100 is two groups, including an upper coil group 200 and a lower coil group 300. The upper coil group 200 includes an upper stator tooth 210 and a coil 220 wound on the upper stator tooth 210, and the lower coil group 300 includes a lower stator tooth 310 and a coil wound on the upper stator tooth 210. The coil 320 on the lower stator tooth 310 , the upper stator tooth 210 and the lower stator tooth 310 are disposed opposite to each other, and the magnet row 400 is disposed in the middle of the two coil groups 100 . Abstract

The invention relates to a linear motor capable of positioning a load. The linear motor comprises two coil units and a magnet row which are arranged linearly, wherein the two coil units comprise an upper coil unit and a lower coil unit; the upper coil unit comprises an upper stator tooth and a coil wound on the upper stator tooth; the lower coil unit comprises a lower stator tooth and a coil wound on the lower stator tooth; the upper stator tooth and the lower stator tooth are arranged in the opposite directions; and the magnet row is arranged in the middle of the two coil units. The linear motor has the advantages that: an iron core motor with magnetic protection iron is not required, so the magnetic protection iron is omitted; furthermore, a supporting structure is extremely low in mass, so the moving mass is reduced; and when an effective load is moved, higher acceleration is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a driving motor, in particular to a linear motor for positioning loads. Background technique [0002] Linear motors are currently widely used for load positioning in the manufacture of electronic components and semiconductor equipment. The main advantages of using direct drive are higher acceleration, higher speed, higher precision, reduced moving mass, simple design, no need for complex transmission systems, higher reliability, and no wear of moving parts of the transmission. [0003] Moving coil linear motor is a type of linear motor commonly used for positioning XY worktables, commonly known as ironless linear motor. Ironless linear motors consist only of copper coils molded together to form a coil pack, not steel laminations. Although this type of linear motor is widely used, the disadvantage of this type of motor is its high cost. Two rows of high-energy rare-earth magnets need to be placed between the moving coils. Whe...
