Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, if the gap between the brake pad and the roller is reduced in order to reduce the operation sound, the brake switch may not function normally.
[0005] If the gap between the brake pad and the roller is widened for better responsiveness and more accurate detection of the state of the brake switch, the moving distance of the armature becomes longer, and when the armature is magnetically fixed by the electromagnet after the brake is released. The crash sound may become louder

Embodiment Construction

[0015] Embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0016] figure 1 It is the schematic diagram which looked at the hoisting machine 1 of the elevator of embodiment from the axial direction. The hoist 1 is fixedly installed in a hoistway (not shown) via a cross-shaped motor housing 2 . And the hoist 1 winds up the rope 4 connected to the car (not shown) arrange|positioned so that it can move up and down in a hoistway.

[0017] The hoist 1 includes two brakes 10 , 10 that act on a drum 5 , which will be described later, fixed to the rotation shaft. The two brakes 10 are centered on the rotation axis of the winch 1. figure 1 The center is arranged in a left-right symmetrical position. Each brake 10 is fixed on the motor case 2 using a plurality of screws 8 . In addition, since the two brakes 10 have substantially the same structure, only the brake 10 on the right side of the illustration will be representatively described here.

Abstract

The invention relates to a brake having noise elimination function and the execution mode of the invention relates to the brake of an elevator winch. The brake allows the brake switch to have more accurate detecting precision with low motion noise and have noise elimination function. The brake comprises an armature able to leave or contact with the rotary cylinder, a spring which exerts force upon the rotary cylinder from armature direction, thus to press the brake sheets upon the rotary cylinder, an electromagnet which overcomes the application of force of the spring, attracts the armature to the direction off the rotary cylinder, and magnetically fixes the armature, and a noise elimination member which reduces the collision noise resulting from the magnetic fixation of the armature and reduces the noises when the brake sheet contacts with the rotary cylinder.

Description

[0001] This application is based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-168530 (filing date: July 27, 2010), and enjoys the priority of this application. This application incorporates this prior application in its entirety by reference. technical field [0002] Embodiments of the present invention relate to brakes of elevator hoists, for example. Background technique [0003] For example, as a brake for an elevator hoist, there is a drum brake of a type in which an armature is brought into contact with or separated from a rotating drum to press a brake shoe. In the brake of an elevator, it is preferable to increase the response speed or reduce the operating noise from the viewpoint of safety. [0004] However, if the gap between the brake pad and the roller is reduced in order to reduce the operation sound, the brake switch may not function normally. [0005] If the gap between the brake pad and the roller is widened for better responsiveness and more accurate detection o...
