The method at least comprises the following steps of: receiving an audio / video segment; extracting the fingerprint characteristic of each frame of the audio / video segment; computing the anti-interference degree of a fingerprint of each frame by using an anti-interference degree computation model; sorting the frames according to the anti-interference degree of the fingerprint of each frame; and retrieving the fingerprints in a fingerprint database according to a frame sorting result.
