Abstract

The invention discloses a compound glycerol preparation for preventing skin chap and a preparation process thereof. The compound glycerol preparation consists of glycerol, allantoin, D-panthenol, hydrogenated castor oil, olive oil, vitamin E, Carbomer resin, triethanolamine, aloe extract, methylparaben, essence and purified water. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: adding the Carbomer resin into the purified water; heating, stirring and dispersing the materials uniformly; adding the glycerol and the methylparaben; heating the materials and preserving heat for a certain period of time; adding the allantoin; cooling continuously; adding the triethanolamine to neutralize; stirring uniformly; cooling; mixing the hydrogenated castor oil and the olive oil and then adding the mixture; cooling continuously; adding the vitamin E, the D-panthenol, the aloe extract and the essence; and cooling to 32 to 38 DEG C to obtain the compound glycerol preparation.
