Problems solved by technology

This method uses decorative paper soaked in thermosetting resin and pressed at high temperature. The wooden substrate is completely covered by decorative paper, and the surface reflects the texture and texture of the decorative paper. Changes will easily cause defects in the wooden substrate and the process is complicated

example 1

[0019] Example 1: Take a narrow single strip as the substrate, such as a single multi-layer plywood floor as the substrate, and spray the leaves with a paint press female mold mixed with water-based color concentrate and water as an example:

[0020] (1) First use 3mm thick thin copper plate and 2mm thick rubber sheet to bond and press with 502 glue to make a 5mm thick template;

[0021] (2) Cutting and hollowing out leaf patterns on the template with wire cutting and art carving knife, and processing them into female molds, the length and width of the leaf patterns are smaller than the length and width of the substrate;

[0022] (3) Select a single multi-layer plywood floor as the substrate, and the size of the substrate is set according to the requirements of the user and the market;

[0023] (4) Toning, use grass-green water-based color essence, add water to adjust the water-based grass-green paint of the shade required by the leaves;

[0024] (5) Die spraying: Press the m...

[0027] Example 2: Take the transparent lacquer pressing female mold spraying leaves in the green-yellow oily color precision mixed polyurethane paint as an example on a single recombined wooden floor:

[0028] (1) First use a thin aluminum alloy plate with a thickness of 4mm and a rubber sheet with a thickness of 3mm to be combined, and epoxy resin is bonded and pressed to form a template with a thickness of 7mm;

[0029] (2) Cutting and hollowing out leaf patterns on the template with wire cutting and art carving knife, and processing them into female molds, the length and width of the leaf patterns are smaller than the length and width of the substrate;

[0030] (3) Select a single recombined wooden floor as the substrate, and the size of the substrate is set according to the requirements of the user and the market;

[0031] (4) Toning, mix the transparent lacquer in the polyurethane paint with the green-yellow oily color concentrate to get the oily green-yellow paint, the v...

[0037] Example 3: Taking the transparent paint cover male mold spraying leaves in the green-yellow oily color fine polyester paint as an example on a single integrated board floor, the specific method is roughly the same as in Example 2, mainly the female mold and the male mold. The color of the sprayed leaves is the opposite of the color of the substrate.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for spraying patterns on an artificial board, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a template; (2) carving a mould; (3) selecting a baseplate; (4) mixing colors; (5) moulding and spraying; (6) demoulding and curing a coating; and (7) spraying a transparent paint on the surface of the coating. The artificial board with patterns sprayed by using the steps can be widely applied to decorations of indoor floors, wallboards and ceiling boards. The method has the advantages of simple process, high adaptability and no influence on the mechanical strength of the artificial board; various patterns can be painted on the surface of the artificial board, and the sprayed patterns have a high combination strength with the artificial board. By adopting the invention, the disadvantage of simplex patterns of floors manufactured from the traditional artificial board is overcome, the cultural atmosphere of indoor decorations is increased, the application scope of trees with simplex patterns is enlarged, and the additional value of a product is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for molding and spraying patterns on the surface of an artificial board. Background technique [0002] Wood-based panel products have the characteristics of large format, uniform material, not easy to deform, good physical and mechanical properties and mechanical processing properties, and are widely used in furniture manufacturing and interior decoration, and have become an important material in people's production and life. . [0003] However, the wood-based panels produced by various methods are limited by the processing technology, and the surface appearance is poor, which cannot give people a sense of beauty, and it is difficult to meet people's basic aesthetic requirements. Generally, wood-based panels need to be processed. After the secondary processing of veneer, decorative paper and other materials, it can be used as panel material. With the expansion of the application range of wood-based panels and the sho...
