Abstract

The invention discloses a high-yield steroid fermentation meterhizium anisopliae novel strain LJYH201011 and application thereof to the preparation of mould oxide by using W-oxide as a substrate. The strain was collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on Jan. 21st, 2011, and the collection number is CGMCC 4564. In the meterhizium anisopliae strain, the W-oxide is used as the substrate to produce the mould oxide when the meterhizium anisopliae strain is used in a conversion process of producing phytohormones by taking steroidal compounds (dioscin) as a raw material. The mould oxide produced by the meterhizium anisopliae strain has the characteristics of high conversion rate (70.86 to 78.74 percent), high yield (100 to 105 percent), relatively stable biological properties and the like. The invention can provide technical support for improving yield and lowering product cost in the preparation of plant steroidal hormones from dioscin serving as a raw material.
