Embodiment 1

[0015] The antipyretic patch of the present invention is made up of non-woven fabric, hydrogel layer and plastic film, and by weight percentage, hydrogel layer is made of 0.5% peppermint oil, 5% ethanol, 1% polyvinylpyrrolidone, Made of 10% glycerin, 1% disodium edetate, 0.005% pigment and 83.395% purified water.

[0016] The preparation process of the antipyretic patch, the specific steps are:

[0017] 1) Add 5ml peppermint oil into 50ml ethanol and mix well;

[0018] 2) Heat 833.95ml of purified water to 95°C and keep it warm for 60 minutes, then add 100ml of glycerin and 10ml of disodium edetate;

[0019] 3) When the mixture treated in step 2) cools down to 45°C, add 10ml of polyvinylpyrrolidone, stir and mix well;

[0020] 4) Add the mixture treated in step 1) to the mixture treated in step 3), and add 0.05ml of pigment, stir and mix evenly to obtain the hydrogel layer;

[0021] 5) Coating and shearing the hydrogel layer, non-woven fabric, and plastic film on the hydrog...

Abstract

The invention discloses an antipyretic patch and a preparation process thereof. The antipyretic patch is comprises a non-woven fabric, a hydrogel layer and a plastic film, wherein the hydrogel layer comprises 0.3-1wt% of peppermint oil, 0.5-2% of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 5-15% of glycerin, 0.1-0.5% of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 0.005-0.01% of pigment and 75-90% of purified water by weight. The prepared hydrogel layer, the non-woven fabric and the film are coated and sheared on a hydrogel coating machine unit and dried for 24 hours until the water content reaches 65%; and thereby the cooling paste can be obtained by packaging. The cooling paste of the invention is a physical cooling product with a characteristic of relieving cold and fever symptoms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an antipyretic patch and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] After a cold and fever, people often use antibiotics and other drugs to relieve fever symptoms, and antibiotics will bring very serious toxic and side effects to the human body, especially pregnant women, infants and other special groups should not take antibiotics. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of antipyretic plaster which adopts physical cooling, has high safety, and has no toxic and side effects and its preparation process. [0004] The antipyretic patch is composed of non-woven fabric, hydrogel layer and plastic film, wherein, by weight percentage, the hydrogel layer is composed of 0.3%-1% peppermint oil, 0.5%-2% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 5% to 15% of glycerin, 0.1% to 0.5% of disodium edetate, 0.005% to 0.01% of pigment and 75% to 9...
