The three-dimensional television comprises a display screen, a television main board, a transmission box and stereo glasses, wherein the television main board is connected with the transmission box by a communication signal wire, a data signal wire and a synchronous signal wire, and transmits display screen characteristic data to the transmission box by the data signal wire; and the transmission box reads corresponding screen response delay data from a data storage unit according to the display screen characteristic data transmitted by the television main board, regulates the delay of a synchronous signal according to the read screen response delay data, and transmits the regulated synchronous signal to the stereo glasses, thereby controlling the enabling time of the stereo glasses.
