Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0021] 1. Materials and processing methods

[0022] Samples such as red cream crab, raw fish, and mud snails were selected and refrigerated at -4°C for later use. Weigh 5g of the sample to be tested, incinerate at 300°C in a fume hood until there is no smoke, add an appropriate amount of 0.1mol / L hydrochloric acid and transfer it to a 200ml beaker, usually an excess of 20ml, filter to remove insoluble impurities, decolorize, and set the volume to 100ml bottle spare.

[0023] 2. Feature point selection

[0024] Potassium nitrate with different concentration gradients was set and full-band scanning was carried out respectively, and the band corresponding to the characteristic absorption peak was selected as the detection point. 2 obvious peaks, respectively at 230nm and 300nm, such as figure 2 . When the solution concentration is lower tha...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quickly measuring the nitrate content in aquatic products, which comprises: measuring the nitrate content by using gradient restoration ultraviolet spectrophotometry according to the characteristics of the K value of the characteristic peaks of solution of nitrate, ashing weighed aquatic products to be measured, and preparing solution A and solution B, wherein the concentration of the solution A is twice that of the solution B; measuring the absorbancy value of the solution A and the solution B to be measured by using ultraviolet spectrophotometry respectively, calibrating the absorbancy value of the solution B at a corresponding position, reading the value of a corresponding concentration C1, recording the value as a one-time point, marking the absorbancy value of the solution A at the position of a concentration C2 which is twice the concentration C1, marking as a double point, and obtaining a measured K* value; and comparing with the K value of a standard curve to obtain the nitrate concentrations in the measured solutions. The method is simple, visual, quick, reliable and accurate, the detection limit of the method is 1 mu g / ml, and ionic interference is prevented. The method disclosed by the invention is used to measure the nitrate content in aquatic products and also can be used for quick measurement of other soluble salts having characteristic absorption peaks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid determination method for nitrate content in aquatic products, in particular to a method for determining the nitrate content by slope reduction ultraviolet spectrophotometry using the characteristics of the characteristic K value of the nitrate solution. Background technique [0002] Nitrate (NO 3 - ) is a general term for nitric acid-derived compounds, which widely exist in biological and physical oxidation processes in nature, and play an essential role in environmental nitrogen cycle and plant protein synthesis (Finch, M., Hydes, D., Clayson, C. , Weigl, B., Dakin, J., & Gwilliam, P. (1998). A low power ultra violet spectrophotometer formeasurement of nitrate in seawater: Introduction, calibration and initial sea trials. Analytica Chimica Acta, 377, 167-177. ). Initially, nitrate was mainly used as agricultural fertilizer, but it has been widely used in the food industry in recent years because of its low price and...
