Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing a digital television terminal oriented content descriptive language (CDL), which comprises the steps of: generating a message by a first device according to a format of the CDL; sending the generated message to a second device by the first device through an HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol); receiving the message sent by the first device by the second device; and explaining the message by the second device through a browser middleware layer, and calling a bottom-level interface and carrying out interface drawing and command executing by an operating system layer. The method disclosed by the invention ensures that interactive services of a digital television are developed more uniformly so that readability and across platform are increased, message communication between a digital television terminal and an interactive service platform is standardized, and high coupling coefficient between the digital television interactive service and the terminal is effectively lowered.
