The method for testing the ozone resistance comprises the following steps: 1) firstly placing a test piece; 2) starting a power supply, starting a test and setting a test value; 3) using a blower and an ozone supply device to convey gas into a test box; 4) enabling a temperature and humidity sensor to work; 5) using a PLC (programmable logic controller) to process a feedback vale of the temperature and humidity sensor; 6) enabling an ozone analyzer towork; 7) conveying the gas after completing the analysis into the ozone-resistant test box; 8) using the PLC to process the feedback value of the ozone analyzer; and 9) achieving a preset time value,and finishing the test.
