Abstract

The invention discloses a high molecular elastic ventilated pillow inner which is formed into a prolate fixed shape by a plurality of fibers extruded by high molecular materials through melting per se. The inside of the pillow inner is of a space reticulate structure. The high molecular materials are LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), LLDPE (Linear low density polyethylene), EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer), PP (Propane Polymer), PE (Poly Ethylene) and the like. The high molecular elastic ventilated pillow inner is of a three-dimensional elastic structure formed by high molecule polymerization, and the thousands of curly fibers provide excellent elasticity. Because the elasticity comes from the molecular materials per se, long-lasting elasticity is available (the elasticity is proven by 250,000 compression tests); and because the high molecular elastic ventilated pillow inner is formed by melting per se and is not adhered by using gluewater, the high molecular elastic ventilated pillow inner has favorable soundness of tension and fatigue resistance; because the inside of the pillow inner is of the space reticulate structure, the high molecular elastic ventilated pillow inner has favorable air permeability.
